These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the LugaMi Cleaning Service website and the cleaning services we provide. By booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

LugaMi Cleaning Service provides residential cleaning in the Austin, Texas metro area:

• Regular Cleaning — recurring maintenance cleaning. Requires an initial One-Time or Deep Cleaning for new customers.
• One-Time Cleaning — single standard cleaning session.
• Deep Cleaning — thorough cleaning including baseboards, inside appliances, and other detailed areas.

Service scope is defined at the time of booking. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue service at our discretion.

2. Booking and Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when you receive a confirmation email from us. We may contact you to adjust timing based on cleaner availability. You are responsible for ensuring access to the property at the scheduled time.

3. Payment

• Payment is due upon completion of the cleaning session.
• We accept cash and card payment on arrival.
• Prices displayed on the website are estimates and may vary based on actual conditions (e.g., property larger than described, excessive mess). Any price adjustment will be discussed before work begins.
• For card payments, processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. We do not store card numbers.

4. Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about your home (size, access, pets, specific needs).
• Ensure the home is accessible at the scheduled time.
• Secure valuables and fragile items before the cleaning.
• Keep pets safely away during the cleaning session.
• Do not request services outside the agreed scope without a new booking.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with your cleaning, contact us within 24 hours of service completion at hello@lugamicleaning.com. We will arrange a complimentary re-clean of the areas in question. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

6. Limitation of Liability

In the event of damage caused by our cleaners, we will work in good faith to repair or replace the item. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the amount paid for the specific cleaning session during which the damage occurred.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, normal wear and tear, or damage to improperly secured fragile items. LugaMi is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages of any kind.

7. Independent Contractors

LugaMi Cleaning Service works with independent professional cleaners. We vet all cleaners and maintain quality standards, but cleaners are not employees of LugaMi for purposes of labor law.

8. Privacy

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas. You consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
