• Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected automatically via cookies and analytics.

3. How We Use Your Information

• Schedule, confirm, and complete your cleaning appointments.
• Send booking confirmations, reminders, and receipts via Resend (email provider).
• Process payments through Stripe.
• Respond to your questions and support requests.
• Improve our website and services using aggregated analytics data.
• Comply with applicable law.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We share data with vendors only to the extent needed to operate our business. These providers are contractually required to protect your data:

10. Email Communications (CAN-SPAM)

Transactional emails (booking confirmations, receipts) are sent as part of the service. If you receive marketing emails, every message includes an unsubscribe link. To opt out, click "Unsubscribe" in any email or contact us at hello@lugamicleaning.com.
